Q.  How do I book a tour or make a reservation?  Please either call or send us an email telling us the TOUR you want, DATE of tour, TIME of tour and NUMBER of guests for pick up.  Please email to or call at (808) 561-2440 with any questions.

Q.  How do I pay for the tour?   You can pay by cash, travelers check or any major credit or debit card.  Your card will not be charged until the evening prior to your tour.  If paying by cash or travelers check, we will need a card to confirm your reservation.  Please remember our 48 hour tour cancellation policy. 

Q.  Can I use American Express?  Any major credit or debit card may be used.  Funds are payable in US dollars.

Q.  Are tips included in the price of the tour?  Gratuity is not included in the price or your tour.  

Q. What if it rains?  Our tours are conducted rain or shine, so bring a light jacket.  No umbrellas please.  It rains often on Oahu.  We only cancel for severe storms.  Please provide a phone numbe that we can call in case of severe weather where we must cancel the tour.

Q.  Will filming be going on?  Sometimes.  Hawaii Five-0 we see often.  Movies from time to time.

Q.  Do we make bathroom stops?  Yes.  In fact, we make many frequent stops all along the way for wonderful photo opportunities and for close up views of Movie and TV show locations.

Q.  How many people fit in a Hummer?  4 Adults and 2 Children or if you have some smaller adults, we can fit 6.  We specialize in private or very small group tours and never over book or make a Hummer crowded.  Most often we have one or two couples on an average tour.  One family or group of six is possible as well, but rarely would we have three separate couples on board unless by special request of the third couple.  

Q. How far in advance should I make a reservation?  About 1 month if you want to ensure you get on a tour. 

Q.  Do we pick up at hotels?  Yes, in Waikiki only.  If you are staying outside of Waikiki we can provide instructions for getting to a Waikiki hotel for pick-up.  Special pick-up locations can be discussed for a private tour.

Q.  Do we pick up at ships?  Yes, but coordination is difficult due to the arrival times of the ships and frequent delays.  Please coordinate either well in advance with a gauranteed payment, or call after the ship arrives to check availability.

Q. Can we bring snacks and drinks on the tour?  Yes.

Q.  Will there be other people on the tour with us?  Maybe.  We always specialize in very small group or private tours.  It is possible to simply "buy out the Hummer" with purchase of five seats.  We did not raise our prices for 2016, but we did eliminate child rates.  For questions about child rates or family and seasonal discounts, please call or email with your questions.

Q.  Is there walking on the tour?  Yes there is, but not extensive.  We ask that you please wear "closed toed" shoes or sandals for safety as we are in and out of the Hummer very frequently for photos and to walk the ground of our LOST heroes.

Q. Do we get out to look around and take pictures?  Yes, absolutely. We get out quite often for some magnificent photo opportunities and to walk the ground of our LOST heroes. 

Q. Are there meals included on the tours?  No.  For our Half Day - North and South Shore Tours, we recommend eating prior to the tour.  You will be back for the noon or evening meal.  For our Circle Island Full Day Tour there is a "No Host" lunch stop along the North Shore at one of several great places.  Your guide will recommend several great choices.
