q.  How do I book a tour or make a reservation?  Please click the "CONTACT US" button and email us the Tour you want, Date of tour, Time of tour, amount of Adults or Children and Hotel for pick up.  Also, any other questions you might have.  Or, give us a call 808-561-2440.  The best way to make a reservation will be to give us a call.  We can explain the details of each tour and answer any questions you may have.

q.  How do I pay for the tour?   You can pay cash, travelers checks, Visa or MasterCard on the day of the tour.  We will need a visa or master card to confirm any tour. The card is not charged until the day of the tour or you can pay cash or travelers checks on the day of the tour

q.  Can I use American express?  Sorry, we only take Visa or Mastercard.

q.  Are tips included in the price of the tour?  No they are not.  Tipping is up to you and your satisfaction with your guide. 

q.  I tried to use the shopping cart, but it would not work?  Yes, it has been disabled for now.  Please contact us via email or call 808-561-2440 to make a reservation. 

q. What if it rains?  These tours go rain or shine, so bring a light jacket.  No umbrellas please.

q.  Will filming be going on?  Sometimes.  Hawaii Five-0 we see often.  Movies from time to time.

q.  Do we make bathroom stops?  Yes.  The Guide needs to go too.

q.  How many people fit in a Hummer?  4 Adults and 2 Children or if you have some smaller adults, we can fit 6. 

q. How far in advance should I make a reservation?  About 1 month if you want to ensure you get on a tour. 

q.  Do we pick up at hotels?  Yes, in Waikiki only and for the 5 and 8 hour tours   If you take a 2 hour tour, you must provide your own transportation to Kualoa Ranch.

q.  Do we pick up at ships?  Yes, for the 5 and 8 hour tours.

q. Can we bring snacks and drinks on the tour?  Yes.

q.  Will there be other people on the tour with us?  Maybe.  If you want the tour Private, you can buy out the Hummer.  4 adults seats and 2 chld seats. 

q. is there walking on the tour.  Yes there is.  Please wear closed/sturdy footwear. 

q. Do we get out to look around and take pictures.  Yes. We get out quite often.  

q. Are there meals included on the tours.  No.  For the 2 and 5 hour tours, we suggest you eat before the tour.  The 8 hour tours make a meal stop, but the price is not included in the price of the tour.
